Who we are
4624: Healing From Here (“4624,” “we,” “us”) is a podcast produced by Tollgate Productions. (PodLife Media provides the show’s creative design, marketing, and distribution.) This Privacy Policy explains what information this website (4624healingfromhere.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run this website and its newsletter:
- Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to The Healing Ledger, we collect your email address (and your first name, if you choose to give it). Sign-ups are processed by Kit, our email service provider.
- Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact page, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Messages are processed by Formspree.
- Assessments and quizzes. Our self-reflection assessments and quizzes run entirely in your own web browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or stored by us.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may record standard server-log information such as IP addresses and browser type to operate and secure the site. The video and audio players embedded on this site (YouTube and Spotify) may set their own cookies, governed by Google’s and Spotify’s privacy policies. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and this website runs no analytics trackers.
How we use your information
- To send you the newsletter you subscribed to;
- To read and respond to messages you send us;

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make these features work — Kit (newsletter email), Formspree (contact form), and GitHub (website hosting) — and each of them handles it under their own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access or delete. You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at 4624healingfromhere@gmail.com or using the contact page.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, though embedded players may behave differently.
Children’s privacy
This website and the 4624 podcast are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Our providers use reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
